The Challenge
Coaches and analysts spend hours scrubbing through full-match footage to extract a handful of tactical insights, and amateur clubs simply can't afford the manual review that pro teams take for granted.

Our Approach
We trained YOLOv8-based player and ball detectors on football-specific data, layered pose estimation for action classification (passes, shots, tackles), and built a FastAPI service that turns raw video into searchable, time-coded events ready for tactical dashboards.
A 90-minute match becomes a fully indexed, searchable highlight reel in minutes. Coaches build tactical reports in real time, and clubs at every level get pro-grade analysis without a video department.
