The Problem
Coaches and analysts spend hours scrubbing through full-match video just to pull out a handful of tactical moments, and amateur clubs can't afford the kind of manual review that pro teams take for granted.
How We Solved It
We taught AI to watch football the way an analyst does. It tracks every player and the ball, recognises the key actions (passes, shots, tackles) and turns raw match video into time-stamped, searchable moments ready for a tactical dashboard. (Built with YOLOv8 detection and pose estimation behind a fast service.)
The Results
A 90-minute match becomes a fully searchable highlight reel in minutes. Coaches build tactical reports on the spot, and clubs at every level get pro-grade analysis without needing a video department.
