The Problem

We built an automated pipeline that gathers all their data into one clean, organised place every day, then feeds four simple dashboards: sales, deliveries, returns, and which customers are actually profitable. No more manual exports, no more waiting on an analyst to pull numbers. (Built on Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL, and Power BI.)
Now the whole team checks the dashboards themselves every morning instead of waiting on reports. Profit and return trends show up almost live, planning that took weeks takes days, and the new data foundation easily answers new questions as they come up.
