The Problem
A workshop in small-town Germany advertises a role and gets a handful of applications, every one of them needing a first phone call nobody has time to make. The advert reaches the wrong people or nobody at all, the owner screens candidates between jobs, and the good ones accept somewhere else while the folder sits unopened.
How We Solved It
We built the layer that runs behind the regional boards. A few details about a role become an advert written for Google for Jobs and pushed out to the portal and social channels. Every application that comes back is phoned by an AI that asks the same structured questions in German, at any hour, and hands back a score and a transcript. Each portal keeps its own brand at the front; the interview, the scoring and the guarantee are shared underneath.
The Results
Employers stopped making first calls and started reading scored transcripts. Recruiting NOW publishes 14 days to the first matching applications and around 15 hours saved on each role, across more than 1,400 regional employers.
