The Problem
Competitive Call of Duty tournaments grind to a halt on manual work: building brackets by hand, arguing over map picks, waiting on score checks, and settling disputes. It drags matches into hours of admin and slowly erodes players' trust in the organizer.
How We Solved It
We built a platform that runs the whole tournament for you. AI matchmaking balances players by skill, maps are picked and vetoed automatically, scores are verified from screenshots in real time, and disputes are settled with evidence, all from one organizer dashboard. (Built on Next.js and PostgreSQL.)
The Results
Tournaments now run start to finish with almost no admin. Brackets stay fair, disputes that used to eat up hours are settled in minutes, and players get the clean, competitive games they actually showed up for.
