Mala Events: One Workspace Per Wedding
A planner runs each wedding as a single project holding the date, the venue, the guest count, a timeline that spans more than one day, the vendor team, the tasks and every contact, with whatever is still unconfirmed raised as an alert instead of buried in a thread.

- Client CRM
- Vendor Directory
- Multi-day Timeline

The Problem
A planner runs several weddings at once and the details live everywhere: the venue contract in email, the florist's number in somebody's phone, the running order in a spreadsheet two people edit. Nothing tells them the decorator never confirmed until the week of the wedding.

How We Solved It
We built one workspace per wedding. Each project carries the date, the venue, the guest count, a timeline across every day of the event, the vendor team, the tasks and the contacts on both sides of the family. A shared vendor directory remembers who has been used before and who is under contract, so it is reusable from one client to the next. Anything waiting on someone else is raised on the project itself rather than sitting in an inbox.
The Results
Planners stopped reconstructing a wedding out of email threads. The whole event is one page, the vendor history carries across clients, and what has not been confirmed is visible while there is still time to chase it.
